Can i use an espresso machine and make awesome Hot Cocoa?

It seems like i see this awesome frothy stuff on top of espresso always. Can u utilize the same machine to get awesome hot cocoa?

    You sure can, I do it all the time. Mix a little hot milk/water with hot chocolate in a pre-heated mug, then foam the milk and add to the mug stirring gently. Add whipped cream, cinnamon or nutmeg, top with a cherry and scream Whoppdee$%@#$Doo.

What you need to do is steam your milk, but don’t steam it more than 140 degrees, that’s dangerous and you could burn your milk and it smells HORRIBLE trust me. But steam your milk, add your hot cocoa mix and then stir it, it’ll get that frothy stuff you’re looking for :)

You can buy the hand frother in William Sonoma, Macy’s, any kitchen store or department store. They are very inexpensive. You can probably get them online too. I know http://www.gevalia.com has them. That is where we get our coffee.
